๐ค You, or your teacher might have concerns about using AI for learning, e.g. calling it plagiarism. But itโs not that simple. AI is a tool that can help you learn and work.
โ It is important to consider the risks associated with using AI for learning. One significant risk is the Illusion of Learning. When AI does writing, paraphrasing, analyzing, assessing or other cognitive tasks on our behalf, it deprives our brains of the opportunity to learn.
๐บ This and other related topics are discussed in this video: https://youtu.be/bEJ0_TVXh-I.
๐ Harvard and MIT have developed platforms to guide their students on how to use AI effectively for learning. How to write prompts? What AI tools are there? What is AI bias? Is it plagiarism to use AI? and much more.
๐ You check them out here. I highly recommend doing so.

๐งโ๐ป AI is here to stay, and ignoring or prohibiting its use can hinder your progress. While some fear that AI will replace their jobs, I believe a more pressing concern is that someone who skillfully uses AI will do that.
